St. John’s welcomes you to join our groups throughout the week. Feel free to drop in once, every once and a while, or every time. Unless it’s indicated below, you do not need to become a member to attend.
IAM Fitness Program
(Improving and Maintaining Fitness)
Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
$5 drop-in requested, but first time is free to see if you like the program.
An exercise band is needed (available for purchase).
A fun, gentle exercise program designed for adults aged 55 years and older. Please join us to improve your fitness in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. For more information contact Raul Paragas, IAM Fitness Program Coordinator, at (204) 997-9105.
The Friendship Circle
Thursday afternoons at 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
A group of people who gather together to share a bag lunch, and various crafts and activities during their discussion and time together.
Sunday mornings at 9:00 am
New members are always welcome. Come and give us a try!
