Step Two: Payment

Select your location (Canada or U.S.A.), and select Pay with PayPal or select one of the credit card option. Fill out the form that pops up and click ‘Pay Now’.

All transactions are processed through PayPal and your receipt will be issued from PayPal and will have the St. John’s Cathedral and the name of the conference for your reference. If you do not receive an email receipt within 2 hours please check your spam/junk folder.
