Thank you to the members of our reserve forces attached to the Royal Winnipeg Rifles for joining us this morning, and to the The Regimental Band of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles, who,under the direction of Acting Director of Music, Rifleman Andrea Schellenberg contributed to today’s music.

We honour, on this Remembrance Sunday, those who have sacrificed their lives in the Afghanistan mission, in the two World Wars, in the Korean conflict,  and in the many United Nations peace-keeping missions in which Canadian Forces have taken part.

We remember today those who have died during this past year while serving in Afghanistan.
