Organists and Friends at the Wedding

With the royal wedding of Prince William to Catherine Middleton, the Royal Canadian College of Organists has developed wedding fever! So we’re staging our own royal wedding tribute at the Anglican cathedral. We will be featuring a bevy of RCCO organists and friends on other instruments playing music especially appropriate for weddings.

You are cordially invited on Thursday June 14, 7 pm at St. John’s Cathedral to hear eight organists from across the city and five of their friends playing a variety of instruments, all to give the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a noble (if a little belated) nod. A sumptuous wine & cheese reception will follow.

Tickets are $15 at the door or can be pre-booked by calling 888-2627. Student tickets are $5.
All proceeds to support the RCCO’s scholarship program, which is used to pay for lessons for students interested in learning to play the organ.
